Job Description

We are looking for a Hospitality Manager with a passion for leading teams and enhancing guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing hotel operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement training programs for staff development.
  • Oversee procurement and inventory management for hotel supplies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences.
  • Prepare reports on hotel performance and present to senior management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Master's degree in Hospitality Management preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of hotel management experience, preferably in a leadership role.
