Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead our dedicated team in Liverpool. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring that all guests receive unparalleled service. You will be responsible for managing budgets, leading staff, and implementing hotel policies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Engage with guests to develop relationships and enhance their stay.
  • Optimise staff workflows through effective training and development.
  • Assist in planning and executing hotel events and promotions.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.
  • Ensure all team members adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Review and adjust pricing and marketing tactics based on market trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Management or Hospitality
  • MBA in Hospitality Management is preferred
