Join our expanding home health services team as a Speech-Language Pathologist. You will conduct assessments and provide tailored intervention plans to enhance communication and swallowing capabilities of our patients.
Responsibilities
Assess and monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Facilitate group therapy sessions for patients with similar needs.
Implement evidence-based practice in all therapy interventions.
Provide training for caregivers and family members to support patients' communication strategies.
Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations in patient care.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning.
Utilise electronic medical records for patient documentation.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree preferred
Experience
Experience with dysphagia management and swallowing disorders.
