Job Description

As an Automotive Project Coordinator, you will be instrumental in overseeing various automotive projects from inception through to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of project management principles tailored to the automotive sector. Your role will involve coordinating between cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring projects meet all specifications and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project kick-off and planning meetings.
  • Define project scope and objectives clearly for team members.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels within the team.
  • Prepare project proposals and feasibility studies.
  • Ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Compile and distribute regular project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Organize project-related events and activities.
  • Manage vendor relationships and subcontractors.
  • Engage in stakeholder management and communication.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior team members.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Automotive Engineering is a plus
  • Additional project management certifications are advantageous

  • 5+ years of experience leading automotive projects
