Job Description

A Cork Molder is responsible for manufacturing and shaping cork products using various molding techniques. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain molding machines, ensuring quality and efficiency in the production process.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accurate operation of extruding and molding machinery.
• Develop and create molds based on detailed technical drawings.
• Regularly assess the production line for efficiency and quality.
• Carry out equipment checks and address any technical issues.
• Follow all health and safety protocols rigorously.
• Document production output and material usage accurately.
• Work closely with the quality control team to maintain standards.
• Train new operators in machinery operation and safety.
• Assist in the development of new molding techniques to enhance productivity.
• Provide feedback on processes to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• No specific degrees required, but relevant technical training is preferred.

Experience

• Prior experience in a similar manufacturing role is preferred.
