Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Associate to join our team in Oxford. As a crucial part of our healthcare delivery, you will work closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to patients. Your role will involve assisting with daily living activities, monitoring patient conditions, and ensuring a safe environment. Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and emotional support to patients.
  • Assist in administering medications as directed by registered nurses.
  • Engage in health promotion and education for patients and families.
  • Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by collaborating with colleagues.
  • Help maintain a sterile and safe environment for all patients.
  • Assist with patient discharge planning and follow-up care.

Requirements

Education
  • Level 4 Diploma in Nursing or equivalent
Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Nursing Associate or similar role.

Languages
  • English: Fluent
