Job Description

We are searching for a detail-oriented Healthcare Administrator to oversee day-to-day operations in our Birmingham facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a passion for improving healthcare processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of office administration within the healthcare setting.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to enhance workflow.
  • Prepare reports on operational performance and patient care.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating appointments and staff.
  • Ensure smooth operation of healthcare IT systems.
  • Maintain supplies inventory and order necessary materials.
  • Support compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with management on staff recruitment and development.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance patient experience.
  • Assist with the implementation of new healthcare programmes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related field
  • Master's degree in Health Administration preferred
