We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Administrator to join our team in Manchester. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the administrative aspects of healthcare operations. Responsibilities

  • Direct the daily management of healthcare administrative services.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with healthcare laws.
  • Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Assist in developing patient care programs and initiatives.
  • Monitor performance and implement continuous improvement strategies.
  • Assist in managing the budgets related to healthcare services.
  • Provide customer service excellence to enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Organise meetings and take minutes for team discussions.
  • Coordinate community outreach and health education activities.
  • Collaborate with clinicians to ensure quality patient care.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or related field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in a healthcare setting with administrative roles
