Job Description

We are seeking a Cable Splicer Helper to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will assist in the installation and repair of cables, including overhead and underground lines. A strong willingness to learn and work outdoors in various weather conditions is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end shoe production process using specialized machinery.
  • Conduct quality control inspections during and after production.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Train junior operators and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
  • Work towards achieving team targets for production volume and quality.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in manufacturing or production is a plus
Experience
  • Minimum of one year operating machinery in a manufacturing environment
