Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution of health initiatives and ensure objectives are met.
  • Conduct community assessments to identify health disparities.
  • Engage with stakeholders to foster collaboration.
  • Create strategic plans for programme sustainability.
  • Deliver public health information to various audiences.
  • Utilise data analytics to enhance programme performance.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior staff.
  • Organise outreach activities to raise programme awareness.
  • Develop partnerships with local businesses and organisations.
  • Regularly review and adjust programmes based on feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or related discipline
  • Master's degree in Public Health or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in health programme development
