Job Description

Responsibilities
Manage the execution of health initiatives and ensure objectives are met.
Conduct community assessments to identify health disparities.
Engage with stakeholders to foster collaboration.
Create strategic plans for programme sustainability.
Deliver public health information to various audiences.
Utilise data analytics to enhance programme performance.
Provide mentorship and support to junior staff.
Organise outreach activities to raise programme awareness.
Develop partnerships with local businesses and organisations.
Regularly review and adjust programmes based on feedback.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or related discipline
Master's degree in Public Health or related field is preferred
Experience
5+ years of experience in health programme development
