Job Description

We are in search of a skilled Copier and Printer Field Technician to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in diagnosing and repairing copiers and printers, ensuring optimal performance in client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site repairs of various printer and copier brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing client concerns promptly.
• Keep accurate records of parts used and services performed.
• Assist in the development of service protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues effectively.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in copier and printer repair preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a field service environment

Technical Skills

• Technical knowledge of large-format printers

Soft Skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with HP and Xerox equipment: Hands-on experience with HP and Xerox products is a plus.
• Familiarity with print management software: Knowledge of software that aids in document management and printing efficiency.
