We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team in London. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and a keen interest in financial markets. You will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, preparing reports, and providing actionable insights to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports to track company performance and KPI's.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations of financial results.
• Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and financial risk assessments.
• Support the finance team in financial audits.
• Develop key metrics and dashboards for business performance tracking.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field
• Master's degree in Finance or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or related field

Technical Skills

• Power BI
• SQL

• Time Management

Certifications

• Financial Risk Manager (FRM)
• CFA Level 1 or higher is preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent
