Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Log Washer to join our team. As a Log Washer, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing logs for further processing. You should have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all logs are thoroughly washed and free of unwanted materials.
• Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of washing machinery.
• Work with the production team to meet daily targets.
• Keep track of log inventory and report discrepancies.
• Conduct regular checks for compliance with health and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of washing processes and machine usage.
• Assist in training new employees in log washing procedures.
• Proactively suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Participate in company-wide safety meetings.
• Follow company procedures and best practices in all tasks.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in log washing or related field is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Log washing machinery operation
• Forklift operation

Certifications

Languages

• English: Fluent
