Job Description

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide essential therapeutic interventions to help clients navigate their mental health challenges effectively. You will conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals to support your clients' goals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client mental health issues.
  • Design personalised treatment protocols to meet client needs.
  • Lead individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Update client records regularly and accurately.
  • Collaborate closely with healthcare colleagues to ensure a holistic approach.
  • Adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessment.
  • Provide immediate support during crises.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or related field
  • Professional registration with a relevant body (e.g., BACP, HCPC)
Experience
  • At least 2 years' experience working in mental health settings
