Job Description

We're on the lookout for an HR Generalist based in Edinburgh to support our HR initiatives. Your responsibilities will span from recruitment to employee engagement, all while promoting a positive workplace atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, and interviewing candidates.
  • Onboard new employees and provide necessary training to ensure smooth integration into the company.
  • Facilitate performance management processes and promote employee development plans.
  • Advise and support employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct employee engagement initiatives and surveys to enhance workplace satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably within a fast-paced environment.

Advantageous
