We're on the lookout for an HR Generalist based in Edinburgh to support our HR initiatives. Your responsibilities will span from recruitment to employee engagement, all while promoting a positive workplace atmosphere.
Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, and interviewing candidates.
Onboard new employees and provide necessary training to ensure smooth integration into the company.
Facilitate performance management processes and promote employee development plans.
Advise and support employees on HR policies and procedures.
Conduct employee engagement initiatives and surveys to enhance workplace satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
Experience
2+ years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
