Job Description

As an Event Planner, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of a variety of events, including corporate functions, weddings, and private parties. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to determine their event goals and objectives.
  • Plan event layouts and decorations to create appealing atmospheres.
  • Oversee the registration process for attendees.
  • Prepare and distribute event materials and supplies.
  • Implement feedback loops to improve future events.
  • Assist with marketing efforts to promote events through social media.
  • Compile reports and analysis of event performance metrics.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or Business Management
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
