Job Description

As an Eligibility Interviewer, you will play a crucial role in managing the enrollment process for prospective students. You'll ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and that students meet admission requirements. A strong focus on customer service and attention to detail will be vital in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the enrollment process for prospective students from initial inquiry to enrollment.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified applicants.
  • Assist with organizing and conducting campus tours and admissions events.
  • Maintain records and provide regular reports on enrollment trends and outcomes.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed correctly.
  • Engage with students and parents regarding financial aid options and admission requirements.
  • Support the admissions team in processing applications efficiently.
  • Facilitate communications between departments to streamline admissions processes.
  • Participate in recruitment events and community outreach programs.
  • Stay updated on changes in regulations affecting student enrollment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration or relevant field
Experience
  • Experience working in higher education admissions or enrollment management.
