Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Computer Science Teacher to join our innovative educational institution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in computer science education, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to students of varying levels.

Responsibilities

  • Craft interactive lesson plans that align with the curriculum and engage students in practical exercises.
  • Implement teaching strategies catering to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate student understanding and adapt instruction accordingly.
  • Encourage students' participation in coding clubs and extracurricular activities.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued.
  • Integrate technology and modern teaching aids into the classroom experience.
  • Collaborate with other teachers to organize educational trips and special events.
  • Encourage and guide students in creating a portfolio of work that showcases their skills.
  • Mentor students during their project work, ensuring compliance with school guidelines.
  • Work with the leadership team to continuously improve teaching practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferable
  • Teaching qualification (PGCE) is required
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar teaching role.
