Teaching Assistant

Job Description

As a Teaching Assistant at our Oxford location, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational team in delivering effective learning experiences. Your responsibilities will include assisting teachers in the classroom, providing one-on-one support to students, and helping with the preparation of educational materials.

Responsibilities

• Aid in the assessment of student performance and progress.
• Contribute to individual education plans (IEPs) for students with additional needs.
• Provide academic assistance and guidance to students.
• Organise classroom materials and supplies.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff to create a cohesive learning environment.

Requirements

Education

• A-levels or equivalent
• Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or 3) preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in an educational setting is desirable

Advantageous
