Job Description

As a STEM Shaper, you will lead and coordinate initiatives that promote STEM education and encourage student participation in these critical fields. Your role will involve developing strategies to engage schools and communities, while also evaluating the impact of these initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging content for educational materials and workshops.
  • Conduct training sessions for educators and mentors involved in STEM outreach.
  • Develop measurement tools to assess program effectiveness.
  • Advocate for STEM initiatives within the community and stakeholders.
  • Support grant writing and fundraising efforts for STEM projects.
  • Utilize data analysis to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Engage with a diverse audience to promote inclusivity in STEM.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in a STEM-related field or Education
  • Consideration for a teaching qualification
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in educational programme development
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of UK Education Curriculum
