Job Description

As an Ecclesiastical Worker, you will support clergy in various religious functions, assist in administrative tasks, and help coordinate community events. Your role is vital in ensuring the smooth running of services and fostering strong relationships within the congregation.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of religious ceremonies.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as filing and scheduling.
  • Help develop and implement outreach initiatives.
  • Provide support in managing events and engaging the community.
  • Ensure confidentiality and respect for sensitive information.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and appointments.
  • Build rapport with worshippers to foster community engagement.
  • Participate in continuous training and development activities.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the religious facilities.

Requirements

Education
  • Training in theology or religious studies is desirable.
Experience
