Job Description

As a Feather Renovator, you will play a crucial role in cleaning and restoring feathers on a diverse range of products. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, and you will collaborate closely with designers and other team members to ensure high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections of feathers and identify appropriate restoration techniques.
• Provide regular updates to management on project status and challenges.
• Train apprentices and assist with their development in feather restoration techniques.
• Implement best practices for the preservation of delicate materials.
• Upsell restoration services to customers based on their needs.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Training or certification in textiles or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in feather cleaning and restoration, or a related field
