We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to oversee product quality and performance. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in manufacturing processes and a keen eye for detail to ensure we maintain the highest standards.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive quality audits on the manufacturing processes.
Assess and report on product quality metrics.
Advise on process improvements based on quality data.
Ensure compliance with industry and safety regulations.
Assist in the development of training programs for quality standards.
Engage in problem-solving activities for quality issues.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
Monitor supplier quality performance and engage in discussions for improvements.
Adopt and promote best practices in quality assurance.
Support the QA team in achieving departmental goals.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Master's degree is a plus
Experience
3+ years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing.
