Job Description

As a Scale Assembly Set-Up Worker, you'll play a crucial role in preparing, assembling, and adjusting scales to ensure they meet quality standards. The successful candidate will have the chance to work in a fast-paced environment with a dedicated team of professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble, install, align, and test weighing equipment such as scales and load cells.
  • Operate and maintain assembly line equipment to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Ensure all products meet quality and safety standards before shipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities and report discrepancies.
  • Assist in maintaining equipment by performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
  • Engage in team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Support the training of new employees in assembly procedures.
  • Implement best practices in assembly to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Follow all company policies regarding health and safety.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
