Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to join our Birmingham operations. This role involves overseeing day-to-day warehouse functions, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations and excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of warehouse activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Manage and motivate a team of warehouse staff.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance metrics.
• Coordinate logistics and dispatching.
• Assist with inventory audits and reconciliation.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma required
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in warehouse or logistics operations
