Job Description

Join our team as the World Trade and Maritime Division Manager where you will champion our initiatives in international trade and maritime operations. Your knowledge and leadership will be key in ensuring our objectives are met efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the division's performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Oversee all import/export activities, ensuring compliance with international trade laws and regulations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with global shipping partners and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and identify business opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as sales and finance, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage divisional budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and best practices.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on divisional performance to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Logistics, or a related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in international trade and maritime operations
