Job Description

As a Warehouse Operations Consultant, you will play a critical role in enhancing our operations in Watford. Your responsibilities will include assessing operational workflows, improving inventory systems, and leading a team of warehouse staff. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience and skills in optimizing warehouse efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of best practices in warehousing.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and report progress to management.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
• Facilitate communication between warehouse and distribution teams.
• Utilise data analysis to inform decision-making and process improvements.
• Drive initiatives for cost-reduction and efficiency gains.
• Assist in inventory forecasting and control.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or any relevant field
• Master's degree in Logistics or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics or warehouse management

• Warehouse Automation Technologies

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Certified Logistics Associate (CLA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
