Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Research Scientist dedicated to exploring new avenues in scientific research. This position involves conducting experiments, interpreting data and contributing to the development of innovative solutions that address real-world challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead research projects from conception through to completion.
• Conduct literature reviews to inform research strategies.
• Guide the direction of research to align with organizational goals.
• Work collaboratively with industry partners and academic institutions.
• Engage in peer review of colleagues' research proposals and manuscripts.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for team development.
• Provide input on strategic planning and long-term research objectives.

Requirements

Education

• MSc in a relevant scientific discipline
• PhD is preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in research and development roles

• Data Analysis Software
• Experimental Design

Certifications

• Certified Research Associate (CRA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with bioinformatics tools: Experience using bioinformatics software for data analysis.
