Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sports Psychologist to join our team. As a Sports Psychologist, you will work closely with athletes and sports teams to enhance their mental performance, help them overcome psychological challenges, and achieve peak performance levels.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate mental performance through various assessment tools.
  • Provide high-level psychological support during competitions.
  • Conduct workshops on resilience and handling pressure.
  • Collaborate on athlete sponsorship and media engagements when required.
  • Support athletes in their transition phases, e.g., retirement or injury recovery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
  • Master's degree in Sports Psychology preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in sports psychology roles, supporting athletes at various levels.
