Job Description

As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction sites in Rochdale. Your leadership will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety.

Responsibilities

  • Lead construction teams to meet project timelines and quality standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all on-site operations.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
  • Develop and implement safety programs and practices for the site.
  • Review project plans and specifications to ensure understanding and execution.
  • Monitor construction performance and suggest improvements.
  • Assist with budgeting and scheduling as required.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant professional qualifications in construction or engineering field
Experience
