Job Description

We are seeking a talented Construction Manager to oversee construction projects in Birmingham. The successful candidate will manage site operations, ensure project delivery on time and within budget, and maintain high standards of compliance and health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the construction process, ensuring adherence to the design and specifications.
  • Conduct risk assessments of construction activities to ensure safety.
  • Maintain communication with clients regarding project updates and changes.
  • Secure permits and licenses as needed for construction projects.
  • Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferable.
  • Additional industry certifications are an advantage.
Experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in construction management with a proven track record.
