Job Description

We are seeking skilled Extruding, Forming, Pressing, and Compacting Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Manchester. The successful candidates will operate and oversee machines involved in the production process, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the setup and calibration of machines for efficient production runs.
• Conduct quality checks and make adjustments as needed.
• Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Document production logs and communicate with the production team.
• Participate in training sessions for ongoing skill development.
• Monitor raw material supplies and alert management of shortages.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in machine operation is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a related manufacturing role
