Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Tennis Instructor to join our dedicated coaching team. This role involves instructing players of all ages and skill levels, designing tailored training sessions, and fostering a love for tennis while promoting a healthy, active lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging coaching sessions for small groups and individual athletes.
• Monitor skill improvement and suggest areas for development to players and parents.
• Teach the fundamental rules and strategies of tennis to newcomers.
• Create a positive and inclusive environment that encourages participation and learning.
• Integrate technology into coaching practices, such as video analysis tools.
• Motivate and inspire individuals to achieve their tennis goals.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by scheduling.
• Attend professional development workshops to continually improve coaching skills.

Requirements

Education

• LTA Level 3 Coaching Qualification
• Valid First Aid qualification

Experience

• Experience in coaching competitive players at various levels

Certifications

• Safeguarding Children Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
