Job Description

Join a passionate team as a Veterinary Surgeon at our state-of-the-art facility in Plymouth. You'll be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of animal ailments while ensuring a high standard of care, collaborating with a dedicated team to improve the health and well-being of our furry patients.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose illnesses and injuries in pets.
  • Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during surgery.
  • Provide emergency care for critically ill animals.
  • Educate pet owners on wellness and preventative care.
  • Collaborate with specialists for advanced treatments.
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss cases and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and standards.
  • Conduct follow-up assessments on recovery.
  • Research and implement new medical procedures.
  • Create a positive and welcoming environment for clients.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of clinical experience in a veterinary setting
