Job Description

We are seeking a Sustainability Coordinator who is passionate about environmental conservation and sustainability. In this role, you will lead efforts to implement sustainable practices within the organization while collaborating with various teams to achieve key environmental goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sustainability initiatives within the organization to reduce carbon footprint.
  • Analyze data on resource consumption to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with marketing to promote the company's sustainability efforts to the public.
  • Create an environmental management system to track and improve our sustainability metrics.
  • Facilitate team meetings focused on sustainability projects and performance.
  • Develop community outreach programmes to promote environmental awareness.
  • Present sustainability updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to grant proposals and funding applications for sustainability projects.
  • Document processes and procedures related to sustainability management.
  • Engage with external consultants and experts to enhance our sustainability programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or relevant field
  • Master's degree in Environmental Studies is advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in sustainability initiatives or environmental consulting
