Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Public Health Officer to join our team in Bristol. The ideal candidate will focus on improving community health outcomes through data analysis, program development, and health education initiatives.
Responsibilities
Identify community health priorities and develop strategic health plans.
Lead workshops and training sessions to educate on public health topics.
Collaborate with other public health agencies for comprehensive health strategies.
Evaluate program effectiveness and report findings to stakeholders.
Serve as a spokesperson for public health programs to the media and community.
Develop educational materials that address specific health issues.
Conduct research and contribute to academic publications on public health topics.
Facilitate community-based participatory research initiatives.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field
Master's degree preferred
Experience
2-5 years of experience in public health or health promotion
