Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable Legal Advisor to join our St Albans team. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal guidance, handle a variety of legal matters, and contribute to our strategic initiatives. You will work closely with both the legal and management teams to navigate complex legal landscapes and ensure compliance with current laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert legal advice on contracts, policies, and compliance.
• Review and draft company policies to ensure legal compliance.
• Collaborate with various departments to provide legal insights.
• Liaison with external legal advisors when necessary.
• Research legal precedents and relevant law changes.
• Assist in the development of training programs on legal matters.
• Manage legal documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support the Head of Legal Services in strategic initiatives.
• Participate in the analysis of legal risks and consultation with stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Experience in corporate law is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a legal advisory role or similar capacity
