Job Description

As a First-Line Supervisor of Office and Administrative Support Workers, you will be responsible for overseeing a team to ensure smooth office operations. You will implement effective systems and coordinate activities among staff to deliver exceptional administrative services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team responsible for office administrative services and support.
  • Establish and maintain efficient office procedures to enhance productivity.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and implement development plans for team members.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for supply and facility management.
  • Strategically plan office activities and manage schedules of team members.
  • Review and approve time reports and expense reimbursements for staff.
  • Identify areas for operational improvement and implement changes.
  • Research and recommend software solutions to streamline office management.
  • Support the HR team in onboarding new employees and training.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for upper management.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Office Management or related field is beneficial
Experience
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in administrative settings
Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools
  • Expertise in data entry and management

Languages
