We are on the lookout for an experienced Baker to join our team at Bakers Delight. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking, with a passion for creating high-quality bread, pastries, and cakes. You will be responsible for mixing, baking, and decorating a variety of baked goods, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Track customer preferences and adapt products accordingly.
• Take part in community events and promotions to showcase baked goods.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Culinary Arts Degree preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of professional baking experience in a busy bakery or restaurant

Technical Skills

• Pastry Arts

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of pastry decoration techniques: Experience with intricate cake and pastry decoration.
