We are seeking a skilled Chemist to join our dynamic team in Wakefield. The successful candidate will be involved in cutting-edge research, focusing on chemical analysis, formulation development, and contributing to scientific publications.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and advanced laboratory tests to support research objectives.
• Analyse experimental data and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Support product development through rigorous testing and feedback.
• Work closely with other scientists to innovate and problem-solve.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure it is in good working order.
• Assist in regulatory submissions and compliance documentation.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and goals.
• Conduct literature reviews to stay current with scientific advancements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or relevant discipline
• PhD in Chemistry advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a laboratory environment

Certifications

• Registered Scientist (RSci)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
