Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing various projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeline.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects within assigned timelines and budgets.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports.
• Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and presentations, ensuring all stakeholders are well-informed and engaged.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather project requirements and identify potential risks or issues.
• Monitor project progress, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
• Assist in resource allocation, task assignment, and tracking of project deliverables.
• Act as a point of contact for project-related queries and provide timely support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in lessons learned sessions to enhance project management processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or equivalent experience

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management, especially within software development contexts.
