Responsibilities
Complete rental agreements accurately and efficiently for both phone and walk-in bookings.
Conduct vehicle inspections and oversee maintenance schedules.
Manage customer payments and issue refunds as necessary.
Provide a friendly and professional customer service experience.
Assist in fleet management, ensuring vehicles are cleaned and serviced properly.
Handle customer complaints and ensure resolutions are achieved quickly.
Aid in training new staff members in rental policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of rentals and transactions.
