Job Description

We are on the lookout for a friendly and knowledgeable Customer Support Representative to join our team in Wolverhampton. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with their queries and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely manner, offering personalized support.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
  • Collect and report customer feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in handling customer interactions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Communication is an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role is preferred
