Job Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers to support their business goals.
  • Onboard new clients by providing training and resources.
  • Regularly check in with clients to ensure their satisfaction and product use.
  • Gather client feedback and collaborate with the product team to drive improvements.
  • Monitor customer accounts and alert them of potential issues before they escalate.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on customer success initiatives.
  • Create a resource repository for customer training and self-help.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials to promote customer success stories.
  • Provide insights to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Work with the sales team to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Relevant certifications are a plus
  • CRM software Proficient in using CRM tools to manage customer relationships.
  • Data analysis Ability to analyze customer data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Problem-solving Skilled at identifying issues and developing effective solutions.
  • Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Familiarity with performance metrics: Ability to use data for tracking customer success.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools: Understanding of marketing automation platforms.
