Job Description

As a Customer Success Consultant in Inverness, you'll be pivotal in ensuring our clients' satisfaction and loyalty. You will cultivate meaningful relationships, tailor solutions to meet client needs, and proactively address their concerns. Your role will encompass onboarding new clients, offering guidance, and collaborating with teams to ensure our services deliver maximum value.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers to support their business goals.
  • Onboard new clients by providing training and resources.
  • Regularly check in with clients to ensure their satisfaction and product use.
  • Gather client feedback and collaborate with the product team to drive improvements.
  • Monitor customer accounts and alert them of potential issues before they escalate.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on customer success initiatives.
  • Create a resource repository for customer training and self-help.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials to promote customer success stories.
  • Provide insights to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Work with the sales team to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years in customer success, account management, or sales.
