Join our manufacturing team as a Die Fitter. This role involves the repair, assembly, and maintenance of dies critical to our production line. Ideal candidates should possess strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Carry out precise inspections and repairs of dies, ensuring they meet specifications.
• Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules.
• Collaborate closely with production teams to minimize downtime.
• Document all maintenance activities for quality control records.
• Assess and recommend upgrades to existing die equipment.
• Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.

Advantageous

• Experience with CAD/CAM software: Familiarity with CAD/CAM technologies for die design and layout.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles: Understanding of lean manufacturing methodologies for efficiency improvement.
