Job Description

We are actively seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Birmingham. Your role will involve developing strategic sales plans, managing key client accounts, and ensuring targets are met while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Set achievable sales targets in line with company objectives.
  • Manage key accounts and nurture existing client relationships.
  • Drive the sales team towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify potential new clients and generate new business opportunities.
  • Implement effective sales processes and ensure timely reporting.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Provide feedback to product teams on customer needs and market demands.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business or related field is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
