We are searching for a proactive Pharmacist to join our team in Coventry. The successful candidate will manage medication therapies, provide patient consultations, and ensure the safe dispensing of medications. Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals, you will contribute to improving patient outcomes and promoting wellness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the use of medication management systems.
• Provide recommendations for formulary management.

• Address patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Pharmacy (MPharm) from a UK-accredited university
• PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in hospital or community pharmacy

Languages

• English: Fluent
