Job Description

As a Language Training Specialist, you will design and deliver engaging language courses tailored to adult learners. You will leverage your expertise to enhance language acquisition through innovative teaching methods.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative lesson plans that promote active learning.
• Deliver courses in a virtual or in-person setting, adapting to current needs.
• Monitor and report on students' progress through regular assessments.
• Engage with the local community to promote language programs.
• Assist in recruitment and training of new language instructors.
• Foster a positive learning environment that supports diverse learners.
• Conduct research on current language training trends and best practices.
• Participate in professional development conferences and workshops.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in Education or Linguistics is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a language instructor.

Certifications

• PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
• Diploma in Language Teaching is preferred
