Job Description
As a Language Training Specialist, you will design and deliver engaging language courses tailored to adult learners. You will leverage your expertise to enhance language acquisition through innovative teaching methods.
Responsibilities
Create innovative lesson plans that promote active learning.
Deliver courses in a virtual or in-person setting, adapting to current needs.
Monitor and report on students' progress through regular assessments.
Engage with the local community to promote language programs.
Assist in recruitment and training of new language instructors.
Foster a positive learning environment that supports diverse learners.
Conduct research on current language training trends and best practices.
Participate in professional development conferences and workshops.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Master's degree in Education or Linguistics is a plus
Experience
3+ years of experience as a language instructor.
