Job Description

As a Stocker and Order Filler at Retail Dynamics Ltd., you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-stocked and organized. You'll be responsible for replenishing stock levels, managing inventory, and assisting customers with product inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Unpack and store merchandise in designated areas promptly.
• Tag and label products accurately to ensure clear pricing.
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked and products are faced correctly.
• Update stock levels in the inventory management system regularly.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide knowledgeable assistance.
• Identify low stock items and notify management for reordering.
• Conduct stock audits and assist in inventory count.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage and shopping areas.
• Work closely with team members to strategize product placement effectively.
• Adhere to company policies regarding health and safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in retail or stock handling preferred but not required.

Languages
