Job Description

As a Customer Solutions Advisor at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for resolving inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role will be vital in assisting customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities

Experience
